David Ragsdale is the owner/operator of Springs Appliance Repair. As a highly motivated businessman, David built his company from the ground up. Because of that, he takes tremendous pride in conducting business with honesty and integrity. As a Christian family man, David is a Colorado native, living here in Colorado Springs for the past 54 years. He and his wife, a local teacher, have raised three children in their home with strong morals and values. David takes great care when hiring technicians and employees that not only respect his values but also reflect them. Each person our customers come in contact with, from the receptionist to the technicians, will treat you with the same qualities and values.

First off, David arrived precisely on time, was polite and obviously prepared for any problem. Our washer and dryer is located in a very restricted space and he was able to maneuver within this small space and repair our appliance without complaint or any kind of visible distress. He was very knowledgeable and personable through the entire appointment. Though he spent a great deal of time for the repair, he stuck to his original estimate. We discovered water on our kitchen floor near the dishwasher and immediately called Dave at Springs Appliance Repair since he took great care of us when our dryer was acting up. Dave quickly discovered it was NOT our dishwasher; he traced the water leak to under our sink. It was our garbage disposal! My Whirlpool refrigerator wasn't cooling! Being Labor Day weekend, I had friends and family coming over for a huge cook-out!
