Services Fees and Areas We Serve

Service Fees

We charge a low $79 service call fee. Any additional appliance diagnostic would be $30.  Large units such as wall ovens, wall refrigerators, and stackable laundry systems may occur a small additional diagnostic fee due to size and complexity.

Once we diagnose your appliance, we will then provide you with an estimate.  The estimate will include all parts and any labor involved.  If you decide to go forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee will we be applied to the repair cost. One price made easy…no surprises!

If you decide to not have the appliance repaired, then all you will owe is the service call fee.

Common Questions

Q. Some companies say that their service call fee is "waived" with a repair. Do you offer this as well?

-"Waived” is a marketing term we prefer not to use as it is generally considered a gimmick. Rest assured that we will give you the absolute lowest price we possibly can, and that our prices are fair, accurate, and competitive.

Q. Can you repair my appliance on the initial visit?

-Everyone is happy when the repair can be completed on the first trip, so we work hard to make sure that happens. Our years of experience enables us to keep a smart inventory of more commonly needed parts, and we will bring along anything we have on hand that might be needed for your repair based on your brand, model, and problem description. In the event that a part does need to be ordered, we usually get it in within a few days and can get right back out to complete the repair. There are no additional trip charges for this situation.

Q. Do you use OEM parts?

-We absolutely use OEM parts whenever possible.

Q. How does scheduling work?

-Every appliance repair service call is unique with lots of variables that affect timing, so the tightest time range we can give our customers is a 2 or 3 hour window, since we are usually coming to your home after one or more other jobs. We always give you a courtesy call as we are heading over to your home so that you will know that we are on our way. We try to make it as convenient as possible for you!

Q. Why do you need my model number ahead of time, and where can I find it?

-While we know a lot about appliances and how to diagnose them, there are thousands of models out there. We will use the model number to research your particular appliance before the appointment so we are armed with all the pertinent technical data to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem.
-Every appliance has a sticker or tag on it with the model number.  They are generally accessible without having to pull the appliance out, but you may have to use a flashlight. Click HERE to learn where your model number is located.

Q. What if I want to do my own repair?

We encourage “do-it-yourselfers” if you’re up for the challenge. Good luck and please let us know if you have any questions! Our local parts supplier is Marcone @ (719) 635-3531 but of course, the internet is where you’ll find the best prices.

Do you have a question that's not posted here? Call or text us and we will be more than happy to answer any of your appliance repair questions.
